Description

We are urged through the example of Jesus to pray unceasingly. He spent hours in prayer, away from everybody, and one time 40 days in prayer. As Catholic's we are sometimes not used to praying but here we offer you the chance to share about prayer, intercessions to be prayed for, stories of how prayer has helped, spirituality of prayer, recommendations for sources for prayer. Just a little bit of everything. Thank you for joining and participating. I hope that what is shared will benefit others in a positive way.
Peace and goodness be with you all,
amis41 Paul

I you like to invite everyone to learn to pray the Liturgy of Hours. No, it is not like the old Roman Breviary, it has been updated since Vatican II, and laity and religious alike are invited to pray it. If you would like to see how easy it is to learn and pray the prayer of the Church, please go to http://DivineOffice.org
There you will find text, audio prayed, and down loadable pod casts, free of charge to join and access, and other available resources. Pray the Morning Hours, or Evening Prayer, and see how it is prayerfully presented. The more you learn about this wonderful prayer source the more you will get out of it. Christ prays with us through the Holy Spirit, and we pray with the Church and thousands of others around the world this spiritual prayer. God bless, peace and goodness be with you.
