I usually go to the State Fair when they have their Christian concert in the grandstand but this year they don't have one. I'm so disappointed. Sonshine Festival is coming up July 13-16th in Willmar so I might have to go to that. It is so easy to go a little crazy on Itunes. :-) I saw Jars of Clay a long time ago when they did a concert at Concordia College. They were fun in concert. Thanks for the heads up about "The Essential Jars of Clay." I like Matt Maher's "Your Grace Is Enough" and "Hold Us Together." Matt is going to be at Sonshine Festival in Willmar, MN on July 16th. Josh Wilson's "I Refuse" has been kind of my Lent theme song. I'm focusing on service rather than giving up something. Haven't heard Matthew West's new album yet but I like his last two. I know folks who like the heavier rock/metal style have been enjoying Red's "Until We Have Faces."

I am not a big fan of Mercy Me. I much prefer Hillsong for praise music. Jeremy Camp's first album is great, but I think he lost his edge after that one. Though, I must say that his story is incredible. If you don't know it, you should look it up.

I wanted to attend but ended up planning my daughter's birthday party for that day before we went out of town for a week. I really like Third Day (which is odd because I can't stand country music and third day has that slight country sound) and would like to see them in concert.
